Designer House at Golden Ribbon's promise is irrevocable that your personal and company information will remain confidential as property of Designer House, LLC database.

Except any demand as court-order, Under no circumstance will your personal or company information contained in our database be transferred, sold or lent to any other third-party for any reason at any time. Effectively, we also DELETE buyer's credit card information provided online after an order ships, to further reinforce our online Security protection by SSL.
This is to further protect our buyers in the world of IT-Identity thefts.


  RETURNS, Return CREDITS & EXCHANGES
1. Absolutely NO Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! - NO REFUND! - but considered for credit IN-SYSTEM if the following conditions applies:
1. Defective Returns(Manufacturer defect only):
What is MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT? - Merchandise not YET displayed for sale that was found with a defect during merchandise check-in
(NOTE): A defect will NOT be credited for items returned by a customer!
Receiving company MUST check-in received merchandise upon receipt. Buyer company must notify us at (404) 477-1111 or by Fax(404) 250-7450 or by e-mail RA@designerh.net and obtain Return-Authorization number within 7 days of receipt or 12-days from date of invoice whichever is greater. Date of invoice, Item-number, Color & Quantity found defective must be provided to obtain an RA#. RA# is valid for 30-days upon issue - hence, a return must occur within 30-day)

(For our VIP-status buyers, return accommodation is upto 6 months)

(Brand-Name Valentino permits NOTICE within 30-days from date of invoice for manufacturing defect)

A) Returning defective merchandise
1) Defect merchandise must be returned via postal service to
Designer House - Returns PO Box 942176 - Atlanta, Ga 31141
2) For quantity greater than 5-pcs handbags, 12-pcs scarves, Designer
House will issue a Return-Call Tag for your returns
3) A copy of invoice must be included inside the box with defect
Merchandise, and write your RA-# on package exterior.
4) Mark defected portion with tape
NOTE: Inquire to see if YOU-CAN bring the defect on your next visit to the market or sponsored tradeshows - there is a special RA# to return in person

B) Processing returned defective merchandise
1) Please allow 7-10 days from the date of your return for our warehouse to process
your return. All processed returns will be available online for your viewing at
http://designerh.net - my info
NOTE Factors: If a defect is not found on returned merchandise, handling
fee upto 15-20% will be assessed and deducted from your return credits

2) All defective returns will be processed as IN-System Credit as
available credit toward your next purchase order
NOTE: Unfortunately, NO-replacement is possible

2. Returns - Incorrect item shipped
Designer House will issue a Return Call-Tag and Replace with the correct items or
refund as quickly as possible

3. Wish to Return - Change of Mind - 3. Wish to Return - Change of Mind - TO Return IS-NOT buyer's choice because ALL sales are-FINAL - However, we will consider granting the return if it is all possible. Hence Return-Authorization MUST-BE obtained for return as follows:

A) CONDITION: 1) Merchandise MUST be in it's original package untampered(Original package)
2) Request for RA within 5-days of invoice date 3)Returns must be at buyer's full expense 4) Returns MUST be received within 5-days of issuance of an RA#

B) Handling Fee will be assessed as follows: 1)20% handling fee will be assessed for
processing To-N-fro shipment - 2)If an exception is granted for change of mind returns beyond 5-days of invoice date but not exceeding 30-days of invoice date, we will assess 20% for handling and 20%-DENYING other orders & purchase-inquiries while merchandise and quantity was unavailable because merchandise was in YOUR possession.

4. Rejected Shipments
We will assess 20% Restocking-fee plus the ship charge for to-N-fro for all rejected shipments

  SHIPPING & Back-Orders
Orders received by 1pm are processed for same day shipping. Orders received after 1pm are processed the following business day. Most orders are shipped via UPS logistics however we will follow buyer preferred logistics/forwarding companies if shipping details accompanies the request in advance of the order. Please note that once the shipment is picked up by UPS or other logistics carrier, Designer House at Golden will provides it¡¯s buyers with a tracking-number via e-mail. Tracking responsibility then is ASSIGNED to sourcing buyer company and TRANSIT guarantee is TRANSFERRED to involved logistics carrier. For shipments by UPS, your transit tracking is found at http://ups.com

NOTE: We do-not ship by USPS (United States Postal Service)

Back-Orders
In our commitment to safeguard Buyer's business interest and planning, our policy is NOT to automatically ship Back-Order without buyer¡®s request in advance. We recommend that buyer Company re-order any Back-Ordered items on their next order.


  Payment Methods and Order Handling/Cancellations
1. NO Paypal
(Your order is considered just an order until the order is pulled-N-packed)

(Orders placed in person MUST be paid-in full for merchandise stock available in our inventory
to-carry or to-ship, NO EXCEPTIONS! - if the order incurs during a tradeshow, the order ships after-the show concludes)

ALL Orders placed online or by fax or e-mail DO-NOT Charge your credit Card until our shipping department confirmed zip-code exclusivity and merchandise pulled available to ship. However, a sourcing company will forfeit ordering privilege for prank order submissions.

2. Payment
A. Credit Cards (Visa - MasterCard - Discover - CheckCard)
Credit Card Authorization form MUST be signed for all International Orders and for all
domestic orders $500 - Authorization can be attached to authorization@designerh.net

B. Company Checks - minimum is $500 with Credit eligible companies in our database

C. Net-accounts are considered for sourcing companies whose annual volume exceeds $5000,
regular sourcing track-record, with a pre-qualified credit check and personal guarantee
Obligation

D. Importing agenda (Designer House Brokerage) - Sourcing is required by foreign
manufacturers
1) Letter of Credit required (in form of a CD)
2) Proof of funding required for importing
3) Minimum quantity required

3. Order Cancellation
A. Orders cancelled after the order ships will incur the ship-charge & 20% restocking
for to-N-fro handling charge
B. Orders that cancel while in processing but have been pulled will incur 10% -handling fee
C. Orders that cancel while pending and has not been pulled - cancels without handling fee

  About YOUR-ORDER
NOTE: We may NOT be able to ship certain Valentino Brand and certain Designs to your ZIP-CODE if the area has been secured by one of our VIP-status Buyer. Our system will track Zip-Code exclusivity by-Item-Number & by-Color for 12-week period unless our VIP buyer re-orders the item-number & the color which will extend exclusivity to the secured buyer for another 12-weeks etc¡¦

Prerequisites:
1. Respected buyer registered in our system at least 6-months
2. Regular sourcing - minimum 1 order per month (Minimum $300)
3. Prior Year Annual volume totaling $8,000 to determine eligibility



  How to Accumulate and REDEEM Login point
LOGIN-POINTS:
Every day a buyer login (min-5 minutes per login) to our web gallery, the buyer accumulate login-points. Multi-logins in a given day will count as 1-login point. Login points renews every calendar months counting current month's logins to accumulates as credit points to redeem as follows:
1. 20-login points FREE-Ground shipping
(Excluded states for Free-Shipping are Hawaii, Porto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska International countries)

2. 20-login points for 5% Discount
3. 30-login points for 8% Discount
